Every order is packed and sent from New York. This page states the shipping rates, the dispatch schedule and the process for damaged deliveries, with no small print elsewhere.

The standard rate is $19.95 per order and does not change with quantity. Orders over $150 ship free with no code required.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch within one business day of the order. Carrier transit is typically 3 to 7 business days. Holiday periods can add to both.
Where we ship
Delivery covers the United States. Orders to addresses outside the country cannot be accepted.
Damaged parcels
Where a parcel is damaged in transit, email service@restaurantpro.shop within 48 hours with photographs before unpacking further. We cover the replacement or refund and the return.
Delayed or missing parcels
If five business days pass with no tracking update, contact us and we will handle the carrier claim ourselves.
